As the ProjectMind design company I co-founded and VNGRS solution partner, we make the experience of mall visitors in Dubai simpler and more innovative.
It is currently used in the largest advanced mall systems such as Dubai Mall, City Center Deira and Mall Of The Emirates.
The role I assumed was as a product designer, I became part of the team.

How Does Smart Parking Work?
Smart-Parking, a user's car leaves the shopping center parking lot and the parking barriers open automatically without waiting. The fee is charged automatically from the credit card registered in the shopping mall application as long as it waits.
Solutions
After the user adds the vehicle, the credit card is automatically charged for the amount of time it stays in the parking lot.
The Result
I was proud to carry out these works on a global scale.
Particularly in the case of the large shopping center, it was very educational for me to design experiences for something that was in direct motion.
In this process, in a place where shopping malls like DUBAI are gigantic, examining the upper segment consumer habits, conducting user tests, and reflecting the findings we obtained through technological competencies to the interface, seemed like searching for clues about the direction of the future.
