With our previous success in revolutionizing the mall experience in Dubai, we identified a new opportunity to innovate and elevate the retail experience even further. The result? Go Takee.
Go Takee is a product born out of the synthesis of our extensive experience in design and retail technology, combined with our unwavering commitment to improving the consumer experience. Designed as an easily-integrated white-label product, Go Takee ushers in a new era of convenience for the modern shopper. Whether you're on the street, in a store, or at a mall, Go Takee enables you to make your purchases and have your items delivered to your desired location at your specified time.
The inspiration behind Go Takee is the vision of a truly seamless, hassle-free shopping experience. By eliminating the need for customers to carry their purchases around, we have managed to make shopping more enjoyable and convenient. But it doesn't stop there. As the product designer for Go Takee, my role has once again taken me through the full spectrum of product development, from initial conceptualization to design execution. The traditional retail experience can often be stressful and inconvenient, with shoppers having to carry their purchases around, especially when shopping at large establishments like malls or airports. The challenge of managing multiple purchases from different outlets, along with the time constraints of the modern consumer, creates a less than ideal shopping experience. Furthermore, retailers are continually seeking ways to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, and traditional shopping methods often fall short in meeting these needs.

In a rapidly evolving retail landscape, Go Takee offers a much-needed solution to the challenges of modern shopping. Step 1: QR Code Scanning
At participating shopping outlets, users can scan a QR code on their package. This code is then registered within the mobile application, enabling the shopper to easily track their purchases and manage their shopping experience.

Step 2: Package Drop-off
Once the QR code has been scanned, the user can hand over their package to the cashier. This alleviates the need for shoppers to carry their packages around the mall or touristic area, providing a more enjoyable and hassle-free experience.

Step 3: Delivery Scheduling
Within the mobile application, users can select a preferred delivery location and time for their packages. This allows for a high degree of flexibility, as shoppers can choose to have their items delivered to a hotel, home, or another designated location on the same day or a future date.
